I'm also wondering which is better: WeatherPop or Meteorologist? I'm using Meteorologist but I can't stand the non-dragable. I want to be able to drag anything in my menu to my liking.

Personally, I prefer WeatherManX Extras over either of those two, and it still allows to be draggable.
