Hey wagmedia, you're gonna run into problems with the titlebar text, only Carbon applications respect your color setting in your theme. This is what many themes like DSX suffer from, which rely on white titlebar text so that you can read the text against the black titlebars, however you cannot read the text in Cocoa apps because they remain black text on black titlebars. Since your titlebars will be orange you won't have any problems with the black text in Cocoa apps, it will still be readable... you just have to decide whether or not you want an inconsistency between Carbon and Cocoa apps if you choose to change the titlebar text color for Carbon apps.
