Ive seen many screenshots of brushed metal and i've fell in love.. can someone PLEASE point me to brushed metal theme? thanks!

For 10.1 you say...try www.Resexcellence.com 's 10.1 theme archive. It's not the latest Brushed, but it's Brushed.
