Bare Bone Theme Changing

Duality works well enough for me on about 50% of themes but is very slow, ThemeChanger killed (though then resurrected) my machine...

Could someone please give me simple instructions on how to apply a theme manually? I know how to use the Terminal, so all I really need is a list of file locations, I think.

Just download any .dlta theme and open the file inside it called "main.themescript". All the paths are right there. Make sure its a comprehensive theme though or you'll still be searching for where to put stuff.
