Can take a script, composite it with that frilly border, add the "Hello from..." tag as well as the logo in the middle

maybe all parts could be customized?

Hay not a bad idea! I'd use it. Not a programer so don't ask me how to make it though.

well i would be funny...i would like to make an icon with the italian postal stamp (like in the other thread...) but i'm not able to make it.....

This sort of thing should be possible.
There is Thumbnail Pro that will make themeable icons for image files.
