What a is a good, possibly free...but I want the best peice of Theme software that I can SAFELY change my theme of OSX. You know a good one?

Yeah, themechanger is very good.. I'd recommend it also.

definetly themechanger! duality 4 really sucks now... its slow if you have more than 20 themes in your directory, it takes forever to load up... so definetly get themechanger, its the best!!!!
