can someone please identify all those menubar apps for me and where i can get em please...

this is from mrtews desktop, but i havent gotten a response from him yet, so in the mean time can someone identify these for me... thanks...

The one with the white and black lines looks to be net monitor. Great menu bar app even if thats not what it is.

Eyeballs
Backlite
MenuMeters (CPU, Memory, Network)
Change Desktop
and a custom skin that I made for the Apple menubar clock.
