Minority Report GUI
I'm sure you all have seen the movie Minority Report, and have seen the futuristic touchscreen monitors everyone uses in it. I was wondering:
A. Would it be possible to create a similar style in OSX. It seems like it would either be hard or impossible to create a finder with the same transparency characterists of the MR GUI. but i'm not the expert, so i ask you guys.
B. Does anyone have, or know where i can download, some good high-quality samples of the MR GUI designs. If nothing else they would make great desktop pics.

I really liked Minority Report, one of my favorite movies of 2002. It would be very hard to capture the look though in a theme.
At least Minority report has a definite look and style (unlike Amelie or whatever was requested).
I see you also like 24 - wasn't that just another great episode? I can't wait for more the big Sherry Palmer showdown....

Well, i think the whole idea of the Minority Report UI is to be very different from a computer desktop, using another interface metaphor, so any attempts of replicating it as a 2D desktop UI wouldn't work.

Yeah, it would be a bit difficult to to replicate the M.R. interface to a 2D desktop U.I.
