Actually - and I hate to break this to you (even though you've been told dozens of times, I'm sure) - Clinton is held in very high regard across pretty much the whole world.

The Lewinsky affair had the effect of the whole of Europe laughing their asses off at Kenneth Starr and the Republican agenda. Nobody - and I mean honestly, nobody - over here gives the slightest whiff about your presidents' sex lives.

The whole ordeal was quite funny to us, believe me.
