When isn't the military 'inconvenienced' by political objectives?

I find it ironic that you are constantly posting these types of threads. After all, it is the concerns of people like you that has prompted this desired avoid-civilian-casualties-at-all-costs strategy.

If the military had its way, the US would just fire a bunch of nukes over there and destroy the entire region in one swift blow.
