truth: no evidence or confirmation


25 March
"Huge uprising in Basra"
truth:No evidence. Live TV images from inside Basra show quiet city.


26 March
"120 Iraqi armoured vehicles break out of Basra in broad daylight heading south towards the British-held Faw peninsula in what commanders described as an 'offensive posture' "
truth: only 3 vehicles


27 March
"1,000 Republican Guard vehicles heading south to attack coalition forces"
truth: no vehicles meet coalition forces

"British soldiers, Luke Allsop and Simon Cullingworth, executed"
truth:Blair later backtracks. Luke Allsop's sister complains about Blair's propaganda.
