the fact is, many people have radical changes of heart. The army has in place procedures for such things.

I think the earlier suggested compromise was a good one: make him serve in some capacity that does not require him to kill anyone. Contracturally he complies, and ethically he retains his ideals.


What is the price of freedom Lerk? Sure I was being sarcastic with the revoking of freedoms type of thing. But come on, you actually believe he didn't know the marines killed people?

Like others have said before, sounds like he was looking for a free ride, and when he was actually expected to fullfill his end of the deal, he wantd out of it.

Yes, a dishonerable discharge is in order. And yes, it will follow him around the rest of his life.
