So in other words, it may have just been natural. His poor family.
I used to see this sort of thing in the Army (I'd see the daily "blotter" - a report of all incidents in the division that the commanding general gets). Every now and again some apparently healthy 19 year-old would just drop dead for no apparent reason. Usually the autopsy discovered some underlying birth defect (such as in the heart) that couldn't be detected in life.
We all hang on by a thread, I guess.
