I can't believe that anyone would be such an a**hole, and I can't believe that the Army would allow it.

I can only assume that chaplains are given an allotment of water and this guy is using his allotment as bait.

I keep trying to consider his point of view but every time I do I get angrier. I hope this is a misreported story.
