I thought I'd make up a word, along with a definition, as a starting point for discussion:
I've noticed this here and other places a lot lately. Of course, this depends on your perspective, but here are some examples:
examples of Ideosynosis:
Frank's viewpoint is A+B, E+G.
All life is sacred, born and unborn YET I avocate the deaths of my enemy, or those I deem not innocent.
I believe in freedom of citizens YET I believe those who oppose the government are traitors
Wilbur's viewpoint is C+D, E+I
I abhor the deaths of my enemy YET I do not consider a human life itself sacred, moreso than any other life.
I believe in freedom of citizens YET I abhor individual thought, when it goes against my own.
the interesting thing is, once a person becomes Ideosynoptic, they tend to not realize their views are apparently contradictory, yet can pick up on the ideosynoptic behaviours of other quite readily.
