If memory serves (not counting ones in computers, cuz that's just silly)
1. A top loading 5 disc changer, made by, I think, Toshiba? You put the CD's in like a record player. I bought this becuase it was the onlt on at the time that you could change CD's while one was playing. As it had to sit on top, I bought a cool front loading turntable made by Sony. This was in '86-87.
2. Replaced cool but inconvinient top loader w/ single tray loader made by Onkyo.
3. Portable player by Optimus (Radio Shack).
4. Alpine CD changer for the car.
5. Better portable player made by RCA (skip protection!)
6. JVC CD head unit for car.
7. DVD player becomes CD player.
8. New CD player (stock) in new Honda.
