Experience with PowerSchool?

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience using/maintaining Apple's PowerSchool system. On the surface, it looks a hell of a lot better than what my district uses now. However, I am interested in real life stories. Also, I'd be interested in knowing how much the system costs, besides hardware. I know it'll be on a per-district basis, but a ballpark figure would be nice. Thanks.

I've wondered the same thing... yet I never hear anything about PowerSchool... I would love to work on a PowerSchool system, but NEVER see job openings for such people...

Oh well...

I personally would like to implement and use powerschool at a classroom level. If my school/district won't get it, I'd love to be able to use it at least in my classes. I wonder if this is possible.
