It won't even show up on my desktop. But I can burn from iTunes. I tried doing a system restore, but to no avail. Is there some preferences I can change to fix this or something? #2 Mon, 29 Dec 2003 - 15:51 MacNN Open System Preferences, go to CDs & DVDs. What does it say next to "When you insert a blank CD"? #3 Mon, 29 Dec 2003 - 15:55 MacNN Is this the same batch of blank cd's that you were able to use before? I've found brands of blank cd's that my iBook won't recognize. #4 Mon, 29 Dec 2003 - 16:01 MacNN It is the same batch of CD-Rs (imation music CD-R 80min/700MB). When I go to the CDs & DVDs preference it says to ask when I insert a disk. Yet it does not ask. #5 Wed, 31 Dec 2003 - 09:18 MacNN I installed the 10.3.2 update and now all works fine. Thanks guys.
