Elrond, the Elf King, is a Drag Queen?

It's a pretty good movie and the actors all do a top notch job, so it's no wonder that Guy and Hugo got noticed to move on to bigger and better blockbusters.

Yeah, Hugo Weaving was good, but I thought Guy Pearce (Hmmm... double entendre? ) overacted in the movie.

BTW, I think Elrond makes for a better drag queen.

Hugo's an awesome actor. The breadth and quality of his previous roles speak for themselves. Definitely the best actor in the Matrix films.

He is an okay actor, but in the stuff I have seen him in, he speaks the same way in them all. His voice was great in his role for the Matrix, but not so much for other roles, such as Elrond. He sort of makes a pause inbetween every word.

FWIW, he doesn't speak like that at all as a drag queen in Priscilla.

When I saw the LotR movies, I couldn't help adding "...Mr. Anderson" in my head after every damn line. He's a good actor, still.
