Gran Turismo 3 and VC cheats

I have been playing Gran Turismo 3 on the XBox in the last few days. It is lot of fun, but what are some of the things you can do other than run people over, and do the missions in the game?

Please also explain how to do some of the hints you might be giving.

What about GT Vice City? How about cheats, or extras for that game? Thanks,

And I don't got any cheats

Gran Turismo = Sony's PlayStation exclusive racing franchise.
Grand Theft Auto 3 = what you are describing.

Yeah...sorry about the confusion...
I have been reading about Gran Turismo, but have not been able to play it yet. I only have GTA, which is Grand Theft Auto...sorry about the confusion once again.
