I just want everyone to know, after having seen relatives die of this disease, that I sincerely do not want ANYONE to die of melanoma.

If I can help one person with a post here, and heighten awareness in any way, then PERHAPS *someone* out there will benefit.

It is a terrible disease that spreads fast and kills and IT IS PREVENTABLE.

As the adage goes: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
