Nope. I bought the Fridge from Bestbuy.com, the CO2 tank from Yedder's (a local CO2 supply co.), the kegs from http://thingsbeer.com/ , the regulator and tap tower from http://www.northernbrewer.com/
The regulator inside the fridge I made from plumbing parts from a local hardware store.
Total, I have about $400 US invested.
