Ok, I'm pretty geeky, but I've seen the above phrase used quite a bit, and have never been brave enough to admit my ignorance till now (3 glasses of wine helped). What the heck is the origin of above mentioned phrase? Thanks in advance!

Somebody created a parody of the game ZeroWing and made it seem horribly translated (I am pretty sure it wasn't initially) I'll see if I can find the link for you.
