I want to watch Steve's presentation. How can I do it?

i assume you mean without going to SF...


there should be a link soon from the apple.com/hotnews page. someone will post a link soon. it will probably be up tomorrow sometime. it streams in quicktime. if you have a high speed modem you can probably watch it ok. otherwise, macnn and all the other newssites will provide streaming commentary on the keynotes announcements via their own links. the lounge will also be exploding tuesday.

I wanna see it but my college has a grr proxy so I won't be able to see the stream! Hey how does QT stream over phone line? I might be able to view it on a PC in a friend's room who's got a phone line connection.

In my experience, it's so crummy that it's almost not worth watching. The video constantly stops and rebuffers, or the audio will cut out completely. Just random annoying stuff like that, all the way through. For me at least.
I'd still watch it though.
