I don't see how ipod batteries are so overpriced. They're $49 if you don't want the ipod to be serviced by someone and $99 if you do (it's as simple as sliding a credit card along the edge and popping off the back cover).

IMHO go look at camcorder batteries and report back to me, they're just as expensive if anything, same as laptop batteries.. :shrug:
