Yeah, I hear ya. I only flew first once when I got a cheapo upgrade. I tell ya, them folks in first class got it real good. When I did it (long time ago), Heathrow first lounge actually had a bathroom attendant. Free sarnies, loads of TVs, on-ground trolly dollies... Basically the works.
