I bought something on ebay. When it arrived, it was broken because it was not packed well.

Whose problem is this exactly? Do I have any realistic chance of getting my money back, or is this one of those hopeless situations where all I can do is learn not to buy a fish tank on ebay?

Anyone have a similar experience?
