I remember when LA county (or was it Orange) instituted the grading system for health standards. My brother's parents-in-law were disgusted to find the Chinese restaurant they frequented got a 'C' rating

For anyone who's been to Berkeley, I wonder how many restaurants should be shut down there... :shudder:... When you can get a full meal for $1.99, you know something's up.
