Anyone here know IBM RACF?

Ok... maybe a topic for the software board -

But is there any RACF administrators/experts here? I'm lookig for books or other resources on RACF - I know IBM have a few Redbooks on them, but I would prefer 3rd party folks - if any.

any particular level you're interested in.. beginners guide type of thing or more advanced etc ? i can ask around at our datacenter, we use racf and acf2..

wow.. thought this was dead. But anyway, the beginner stuff would be cool... links, books etc.. Starting to help a client to ensure they're compliant with Fed. policies. I'm good with telecom stuff... but RACF is Latin to me.
