Say something along the lines of "Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input." If there's a specific reason that the Mini isn't bootable, you can explain it to the customer if you like, but otherwise, it's best just to graciously accept the feedback. Hell, even if you ignore the suggestion, it's the polite thing to do.
