I was recovering from a hangover and a small firework burn. Launching bottle rockets from the hand while drunk: fun. Out of the six packs of eight rockets launched from the hand, only one bit me good.

This is the second mindfad thread. That's awesome.

Which was more painful, the burn or the hangover? I've had both, but never from the same evening. I still have a three-inch scar on my upper arm from shrapnel received from a homemade roman candle launcher, back when I was about 15. That was not one of the smarter things I did during my youth.

Ouch. I'd say I liked the hangover less, but I'm fine now.

Ah, the years of homemade fireworks. My friends and I did made plenty of custom fireworks when we were around that age, too. Roman candle dissection, custom bottle rockets, modified whistling dixies.... Those were the days.
