No. I think tav just needed attention and wanted people to congratulate him because:
a) he has another sibling that is smarter and better than he is.
b) he has no 'real world' friends and relies on us for all of his daily conversation.
c) he has a very small, inferior wang that is technically incapable of pleasing a woman.
