Need good, free content management system

Hi, I'm looking for a good, free content managment system that would allow users to rate objects. Think of how NetFlix.com lets you rate movies, or Adiumxtras.com lets you rate various adium plugins. I have PHP and MySQL on my server, so idealy it should work with those.

I don't know if Drupal has a ratings plugin, but you might want to check it out.

I asked on its forums, and it doesn't seem it has one. However, I found another system, Mambo, that seems to be what I want. It has a content rating system, so I might be able to use that.

Try OpenSource CMS for checking these things out. Note that they also use Mambo.
