Fixed! As any of you may have guessed from reading the crash log, it turned out to be caused by an old version of Speed Download. I updated that to the latest version and it seems to be humming along nicely. Of course, I did clean out a few other old apps & startup items that I didn't use anymore, but the Speed Download app was definitely the culprit.
