Hello;
Right now I am using Microsoft Entourage 11.1, but I cannot find the "confirm deliver" and "confirm read" feature that outlook has.
Does anybody know any emil application that has this?
It is very importnat for my job.

As far as I know this is not an application feature but an Exchange Server feature. This means that Entourage, since it does not support Exchange (or does it? not sure right now whether it already does) does not support this confirmation feature as well.
