I'm having troubles this morning as well. I changed my theme (to Siro 2.0) and the theme works with most appications, but no longer works with Mail and some others. Further, when I click on the desktop, I get Aqua. I repaired permissions with Disk utility, verified that nothing was in the "exclude" list of shapeshifter, and restarted. Anyone have any ideas?
