Hi
Having just purchased a mini ipod, i decided to buy some accessories. being new to this i ended up buying from everythingipod.co.uk.... here are the reasons why i wont buy from them again -
1. Contact via email only
2. Customer reply slow, inaccurate and they only address what they want to address - resulting in further frustrating emails
3. Unable to automatically cancel orders that show up as Pending Despatch - you need to advise via an email, which they then may choose (in my instance) to ignore (In my case they sent out the order despite being clearly advised not to)
4. Order information\status inaccurate - customer web site still shows Pending Despatch even although it has arrived
5. No order tracking number sent even though web site advises they do
6. Issue with their THAWTE Securoity certificate which may have other implications - I do not know
7. Poor and unresponsive customer service
This is opinion from personal experience - you may have used them without a hitch - however I will not take the chance the gain.

Well look on as providing is a service to everyone. I am very philanthropic - woudlnt want my fellow Ipod'ers falling in to the same trap.

Companies should be help accountable for bad behaviours, and it's worth a lot to be able to search for a company to read the good and bad before spending hard-earned monies.

Yes i suppose looking over itthey are the same - but that just shows you how appaling they are - I felt the subcincious need to state it twice!!
