There's one everywhere. Freenode, Undernet, MacSpeak... you name it. It's just that except the Freenode, Undernet & MacSpeak ones are registered, all the other's aren't.
The original #68kmla on undernet is still around, but people tend to be there later in the day (most jumped ship to the freenode channel when it was official).
