Well, the only reason I thought he meant the thing outlining the text was because he said it was blue. Ive never seen that box blue before.

It's blue if you're using Blue instead of Graphite, I believe.

You're right. Could be that he's using the default blue background, it does appear blue if you're using that (or any other blue background).
