YOu will need to run the iPod Software updater it needs to reformat for a Windows Machine.

I ordered the sport case at the same time as the shuffle itself. I've had my shuffle for almost a month and just got the case last week. Can't help you as far as the armband goes…

I got both of them. I took some pics of the Sport Case, which I got for the beach (search this forum for comments). The arm band is also nice and is great for the gym.

The Sport case rocks. I got mine more than a week ago. Got a dock as well since my g/f also has a shuffle.
