There is also a Quicktime component available from Uturn Software.
And there is also Mint Audio, that seems like it might play streaming Ogg files, though I haven't tried it.

Joogabah, I imported a track from a CD last night without any problems. It is exactly the same as QuickTime 3. Nothing has changed for me.
