Apply the theme( with SS) you want to mod.. Open TP. File/new/new guikit package menubar/theme/merge with existing elements mod your theme and save it

Most of the iTunes interface is hard coded so its really hard to theme it. Pretty much everything bar the brushed metal can be changed dramatically
