System 7Windows 95DOS (all black with green text)

Would you really use a Windows 95 theme? Honestly? I can't see that as anything but a waste of someones time.

I have approximately 65% of a Windows 3.1 theme done, it's for 10.2 though... The humor of making it wore off quick.
