I think that unless you paid for insurance, there isn't much you can do, That's the one thing I hate about eBay - they do very little to help with problem transactions.

Don't forget the infinitely small Hex 'Allen key' for the keyboard, 0.05 inches or 1.27mm. that doesn't come in any set, and will have to be ordered special.
