Took me a bit to figure out what that meant.
Sounds to me like targetting the IIgs, because it has the most resources, including a built-in source…

Just try copying the "Apple Ethernet LC" extension onto the floppy. If that doesn't fit, try cutting out some of the unnecessary stuff.

Um... the ethernet card needs no extra drivers! It saw my iMac in the chooser, but doesn't recognise that i enabled guest login, as i have no ADB keyboard i can't connect.

Make sure you have the appropriate network extension installed!
Since your Ethernet card is an Apple one, you just need the Apple Ethernet LC extension which can be found here.
