you could also just open up a new theme in ThemePark and hit "Merged With Installed Elements" when Milk is the installed Theme

Check the ThemePark help file for the section titled something like "Modifying an Existing Theme".

i think i figured out what my problem is..... when the titlebar caps are a different size than the aqua ones, that line appears.... just a crazy themepark bug.
