If iTunes us not being skinned something is not right . It should be reflecting the theme to some degree . You are using the latest SS ?

Love it, but I miss the light variation. IMHO, the most usable theme out there. It's great to have iTunes, iChat, and Safari themed too. Finally, everything matches.
