Yeah, it's the Torx T-8 screwdriver. You should be able to get them at any major hardware store.

What model PowerBook? Some of them just have Philips 0 or 00 screws.

It's a small Phillips. Don't know the technical name of the size, but it's the kind you would find on many small electronic devices.
