I would settle for software to save/load my G4 firmware. Firmware updates seem to sometimes lead to problems, and I would not mind having the option to go back.
I think silver would look AWESOME. The thing is, is it will rub off, no matter what kind of paint you use. But here are my suggestions anyway:
