#1 Sat, 13 Dec 2008 - 15:59 Hey guys, I figured it was time for a RAM upgrade for my iMac G5. Will this work? What about a hard drive? What do you guys suggest? It would be nice to move up from 521 MB and 80 Gs. Thanks!!! PS: It's a 17 inch 1.8 GHz iMac G5!
#2 Sat, 13 Dec 2008 - 16:27 That RAM should be fine, OWC sells it too. As for a hard drive, 320 - 500 GB is a pretty good size, but get a firewire external. That way you can switch it between machines easily.
